Here is a vibrant red & blue jockey cap brooch from the mid to late 20th century! Crafted in 18ct yellow gold, this lovely novelty brooch features a rider's jockey cap adorned with vitreous red & blue enamel decoration, giving a striking appearance. The cap rests angled on a 3.50cm-long unique twisted bar design complete with pin and revolver clasp to the reverse.
Stamped with '750' to signify its 18ct gold composition, this piece likely hails from Arezzo, Italy, as indicated by the additional mark '39 AR'.
