This beautiful vintage brooch, hailing from the Art Deco era circa 1925, showcases a delicate lace-like appearance, adorned with sparkling marcasite stones that elegantly frame a central 5.30mm creamy rose saltwater pearl. Boasting characteristics of Art Deco aesthetics, this eye-catching stylized piece has intricate openwork filigree in three-dimensional form, complete with milgraining, adding further dimension and design.

A copper pin and revolver clasp attach to the back, and stamps 'ENGLAND' and 'SILVER' also are located to the reverse, denoting English provenance and sterling silver material (which has been tested to affirm). This Art Deco piece retains a natural darkened patina, adding to its antique charm.

Size of the brooch measures 4.80cm long x 3.30cm wide.

The condition of the vintage brooch is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, the piece retains all the original, undamaged marcasite stones. The clasp works well. A wonderful vintage piece!
