Crafted in the Art Deco era circa 1928 by renowned Birmingham chain maker, Frank William Cole, this fabulous sterling silver Albert chain features smooth graduated curb links complete with its original t-bar fob and dog clip at the back.
Measuring just under 16 inches (40cm) in length and weighing a solid 34+ gram weight, this versatile piece can be worn as a chic necklace or a double-wrap bracelet.
Each link is stamped with the British standard Lion Passant mark, and the t-bar and swivel are hallmarked for year 1928 along with the silversmiths' initials "FWC" identifying Frank William Cole of Birmingham as the maker. As well, the chain also bears the makers stamp to one link.
