Here we have an English watch fob or otherwise known as a medallion/trophy, it bears English hallmarks for Birmingham origin, dated 1916. Maker of this medallion is William Hair Haesler of (once) Richmond Street- Birmingham. The ornate design of this shield shaped medallion is lovely, it is pierced as well as patterned with an ornate hand-engraving to front. The raised gilt rose gold scroll is not monogrammed - perfect if you wish to engrave something or perhaps give as a special gift... The reverse of medallion is engraved : "TUG OF WAR" "HEAVY"
